While we appreciate the work from this customer, he was given the price over the phone prior to doing the job. We stuck to our quote. The labor charge was $250 to go in the attic and disconnect electrical wiring, go on the roof and remove the old attic fan, install the new attic fan under the shingles, and go back in the attic to connect the wiring and install an emergency shut-off switch. If that's expensive them I must overpay on everything I buy and everyone whose services I use. But why would someone hire us, knowing the price, and then complain that we're pricey? 4.67 isn't bad, but believe we're worth 5 every time! :)

They were amazing. I sent out the request in the morning and had a call back within 30 minutes. Bob was able to come out within 2 hours, gave me an estimate AND was able to complete that work that day. EXCELLENT customer service, good price and did the work quickly and professionally.

When we began work, we noticed that this customer's house has Aluminum wiring, which is a Huge Fire Hazard!. We notified the customer, recommended some new wiring, and gave prices. The customer decided to go with the additional wiring and we stuck to our quote. Although she spent more than she had originally planned, it may have kept her house from burning down.

Bob was fantastic. He got right back to me and was at my house within 2 hours of me placing the request. He resolved the problem that day, which I really needed, and was reasonable in his pricing. I would absolutely use him again.

Bob called within 15 minutes of me submitting my query for pros in the area. Since some of my issues were issues that need researching he identified which issues would be based on their pr hour charge and which issues he could give a flat fee. His fees were so reasonable, I went ahead and set an appointment for him to come out the next day. When the service technician cam out they were only planning on an hour's worth of work. However, I asked if they could do some other work (Bob and I had discussed but did plan to have done the next day). All of my requests were completed.
