Quick reply, very courteous service, knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions and gave excellent choices and advice. Would use again.

Way too costly for what he did and the house wreaked of smoke for one time after he was gone. He didn't even have a poppa lock receipt for us and gave us an eddie's one instead. We feel rather ripped off by this one.

Nice work but on the expensive side

key stuck in ignition with car running. It cost $425 less then the car dealer wanted to fix the ignition switch and in much less time. They came to my home and had it fixed in 45 minutes.

Came to house within the hr and finshed within 15 minutes

The young man was respectful and did what I ask him to do. Quality workmanship.

On time, on budget,solved my problem. I would use them again.

They were not able to help me. I still had to pay them to go out to my vehicle. They told me that something was wrong with the computer in my car and that was why their key wasn't working on my ignition. I ended up having the dealership make me a new key and it worked. Nothing is wrong with my computer in my vehicle.

I Would like to get some more information regarding your claim. There is no details about your name or even the vehicle we worked on. We back our work up 100% but without the proper details I will not be able to figure what job we did that would of resulted in this type of ending. You don't even state the date the service was performed. Please contact me directly so I can review what happened and determine if you need to receive a refund.
