Very responsive, great communications, thought $60 for the house call was excessive.

Bob, First I want to thank you for your business. We really value our customers in the Twin Cities. I am sorry you feel that $60 for a service fee is too much. A recent survey of professional locksmith in the Twin Cites found that most were charging between $65 and $75 for a service fee. We have tried very hard to keep our service fee low even though fuel prices have increased substantially over the past 5 months. We will continue to look for ways to decrease our transportation cost so that we can pass those savings onto our customers. Thanks again for your business. Mark J Bellestri Owner

Very speedy, helpful service. The locksmith was very friendly and knowlegeable, and helped me pick out locks that were not only very secure but that fit the style of my 1925 home. There was a minor confusion about some of the pricing, but the owner clarified everything and corrected things immediately. I feel really good about having hired these guys, and would definitely do so again.
