Wurtsboro, New York. We had a polished concrete two-car garage floor that was dangerously slippery when wet, and was needing to be sealed to prevent salt damage from the car drips in the winter. Mike responded promptly to the ServiceMagic inquiry. There was no charge for the trip to do an estimate. We decided on an epoxy coating with added abrasive for traction. We settled on the details and scheduled the work. Mike and crew were courteous, efficient, and on time. Mike made sure I was kept informed every step of the way. They did an excellent job. I plan to use Pools of the Trade again to have my concrete driveway cleaned an sealed.

I highly recommend Mike. He is professional, reliable, and his work is perfect. We had replacement concrete work done with a french drain in front of our garage. He also repaired our basement steps and fixed our drain at the bottom of the steps. The drainage was a big problem that no one anticipated. He had the patience to work out the problem. Our house looks beautiful and we are so happy we chose Mike from Pools of the Trade. If you are deciding on who to use, call Mike. You'll be so glad you did.

Mike is a straight shooter who sticks to his price and does not cut corners. The crew works hard, fast, and cleans up nicely. Communication skills are excellent. Highly recommended!
