Everyone wasery professional and courteous. When I received a call after we emailed for a quote, the inital contact was a very sweet, capable and polite women. Jeff intalled our new gas line and we found his professionalism refreshing. Seemed very happy to work in our home and appreciated our business.

Project completed but I started having the same problem less than an hour after they left. Came back to work on the commode more. Still not working properly.

Very good quality of work and customer service. Scott and his assistant were fast, efficient, and knew exactly what needed to be fixed and how to fix it. Although Poole's is a little pricey, Scott worked hard to make sure he did the job in less than one hour. I will use Poole's again in the future.

Very knowledgeable--I told the plumber he was like a surgeon-confident and knew what he was doing. After my quick job was done, he was willing to work with me for the rest of the hour to check other items aorund the house.

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
Work was performed on a Sunday when it is extremely hard to get a plumber. I consider myself lucky that these guys came out anyway, even if they were a bit late. The price was in-line with that of Lowe's and Home Depot (about $50 more). They knew exactly what to do, cleaned up all remnants of the work, were very polite, and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company to my friends.
