I spoke to Stephen and told him my problem and he was pretty sure he knew what the problem was. He came over the next day, checked and it was in fact what he thought the problem was. He replaced the part, made sure all burners were working, (one was not so he cleaned that up) stayed and monitored the time it took to heat the spa water, and made suggestions. I would use Stephen again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone!!

He was on time, a good communicatior, evidenced that he knew what he was doing and fixed the problem, for the quoted price, quickly. He even addressed a couple of other minor problems voluntarily as he was interested in everything working properly. Orange County needs more contractors like this!

The first on your list was Steve Rigdon. He called, came over the next morning ready to go. He and his son found the problem quickly, came up with possible solutions. Tried one and had to go to plan B. They executed it with dispatch and the bill was less than we had anticipated. Five stars for sure.
