Mike is very friendly. I provided my name address and we scheduled a day and time for PoolWerx to clean my filter. Mike quoted me a price. The day past, I waited another day and decided to call. I spoke with Mike he did not remember our conversation. After repeating several key comments he remembered. He sent someone out, as far as I can tell they did a great job (filter pressure is as low as I've seen it). Mike sent the bill and it was $25 more than he quoted. When I called him he said he forgot to tell me that there is travel cost. Not sure this is a great way to run a business.

Simply disappointed. Mike is a very articulate and won me over on the phone. The question I asked him, like I asked others, can you get my pool up and running and looking nice. He answered "YES" without condition. Now we are unhappy with how the pool turned out, so now Mike is telling me the Pool needs to be re-plastered (no cracks btw). This of course is after collecting his $1000. This means one of three things: 1. Mike didn't know what he was talking about to start? 2. Mike told me what I wanted to hear to collect money and run 3. Mike does substandard work This is a substandard provider.

Mike is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and his communication is fabulous! He makes sure to go above and beyond with written and oral communication. Great price, I pay less now than I was for another pool company prior to finding Mike! Very satisfied!

We have experienced a problem with cloudy pool water and the previous pool person was unable to clean the pool. I contacted Poolwerks and was given an explanation of the problem and a plan of action. Simple, direct and the company began to clean the pool.
