Fixed my pools problems, including parts, in 2 days, when no one else was interested or able.

Personalized service. Communicates well. Resolved additional issue without hesitation. Extremely helpful and resourceful. Offered multiple alternatives.

Prompt response from the whole company. Rep had many ideas for us in tackling the job. We presently only did a repair of the piping and are deferring the majority of the work unitl next year, but they handled the small work with the same diligence of a larger job.

called them for estimate cost for detecting potential leak and cleaning. considering my budget, decided to do cleaning only and made a appoinment with them for the cleaning job. two days before the appointment i called them to confirm my appointment for cleaning job, i was told i had a appointment for detecting the pool leak on that day. i never made such appointment for it, so i told them that and asked them to cancel it if there is any on their record. then they told me the techinician on his way and can't cancel. My yard has fence and is locked.not sure if they never did the job or just broke into my yard. and then they sent me bill $800

I sold our home but gave the estimate from the Pool Service Company to the new owners.

Have only talked with the compny, have not had any work done yet.

Instead of filling the crack around the pool with caulking, they stuffed it with foam and topped it with caulk to save on the material. The job was not done very cleanly. It does not look good in certain areas and the caulk is bubbling up in most places.

After reading this (no complaint came from customer), we called him to explain that caulk does NOT fill the joint and it is correct to only put in about 1/2" dependending upon joint width. Areas of caulk that had bubbled were replaced at a later date. Too bad the customer could not take the time to correct his review.
