They respond timely and were prompt. Originally started giving estimates for several different components and started to get pricey, but they narrowed it down. Started with the heater ignition switch and found the problem.

Jack arrived the same day I called him. He did a great job repairing my pool/spa heater. He had the parts on hand and i was able to enjoy my spa that evening.

The service pro rep was on time and very knowledgeable about my hot tub. He did not have the part I needed but indicated he woud return to complete the job as soon as the part arrived. I would recomend, I am glad I found him.

Honorable, trustworthy, friendly. I had a great experience. Even though he had to come back twice , and on the third time the problem was fixed. my spa water temperature would fluctuate from cold to 115 degrees! All internal parts were replaced eventually during these 3 visits, and finally was taken care of. He was honorable and didn't charge me extra for the additional trips. The price was fair. I would hire him again.
