Lifted the shell,couldn't find the problem collected 250 usd and left.I leaked about 60-70 % of water over 5-6 hours.This is 6 people spa.

Lifted customers spa to locate leak.Spa was partially filled to operate the jets but that was NOT sufficent to locate the leak according to the customer. I then suported the spa and completely filled the spa to it's normal level. After seven(7)days approximately 3/4 inch water had evaporated.I explained to the customer that there was NO leak.He then accused me of calling him a liar. I said that there is NO leak I think we should put the spa back in position. Customer asked what if it leaks again and I explained that we would have to lift the spa again. Customer then told me to leave and I said I would when paid for the labor that he owed.

The company we chose had problems repairing our pump, so Pool Magician came out to explain to us what was going on. He said if they can't fix it, he would be happy to help us get it repaired.

He was on time and knowledgeable, but it stopped working again a few hours after he left. Once we knew what the problem was, we were able to fix it ourselves easily.
