The tech that came out on Tuesday didn't have the motor that they said that they would have. I rescheduled for Friday which the owner called and asked if we could do it Saturday. (2 days I took off of work) He got their first thing Saturday morning only to discover he brought the wrong motor. He couldn't get the right one until Monday. He finally brought the correct motor on Monday but discovered I had an electrical problem. The work they did was good but the service left much to be desired.  See All Ratings
