Everyone was very professional and eager to answer any of my questions or concerns. I had my pool re plastered and re tiled. It looks great! It took a little longer than expected but the crew did a fantastic job.

Jeff diagnosed our "problem" immediately, and it turned out to be an issue we didn't need to do anything about. This after being told by another company that we had to repair or replace the equipment in question. Long story short -- Pool Builders Inc. has us as new customers for any future needs and we will recommend them to everyone.

Project: Clean or Maintain a Swimming Pool
They did some repairs that weren't part of the original proposal to clean the pool and didn't charge anything additiional although I did pay them more because of their extra effort. They came back a couple of days later to do an additional cleaning at no charge. Their technician really knew his stuff.

Jeff did a great job repairing the cracked rim of our infinity edge pool. The repair job looks better than the original installation. Jeff has a level of interest in the success of the project that is tough to find with other contractors. Couldn't be happier with the results and a great value!
