Responded very quickly and was out the next day for an estimate. The repair was effective and affordable, was scheduled within a few days, and was done quickly.

Gleison was a pleasure to work with. He was there repairing the roof with two other workers. They worked FULL days and completed the job in a professional manner and with competitive pricing. They were careful and tidy and removed all debris from my property. At one point I went to get the phone and when I returned he had finished mowing the lawn for me!! And all the time, smiling and giving recommendations for other things that needed attention on my house. I would recommend Pollon Contracting without hesitation.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Mr. Pollon gave me a very good estimate on my house's roof replacement. After comparing his with a couple of others, also taking into accounts of reviews on service magic, I decided to give the job to Mr. Pollon. The job was scheduled to start in 2 weeks. In the mean time, I was kept informed through emails once a week. When it finally stared, Mr. Pollon and his crew did a great job. They came and went everyday, worked on the roof, and kept the premise clean of debris. We had a couple of rainy days. But the job was done quickly in a liitle more than a week. All in all, I am very satisfied and would like his service again in the future.

Pollon Contracting was impressive from start to finish in installing new flashing around my chimney to fix a leak. Great communication, excellent quality, highly competent. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a job done the right way.

Project: Paint, Varnish or Stain Interior Surfaces
I would recommend Pollon Contracting without hesitation. Gleison provided estimates for two jobs: 1) Interior Painting and 2) Replace W-to-W Carpets with new flooring. I hired him for the flooring job. Glieson and his staff are professional and easy to work with. Aside from a small communication glitch regarding materials at the start, everything went smoothly. Customer satisfaction is obviously very important to the folks at Pollon. They take pride in quality work. I found Glieson to be an honest and hard-working contractor and would not hesitate to call upon him again in the future.

Project: Repair a Natural Slate Roof
I contacted Gleison regarding some roofing and gutter repairs that were necessary for my house. He was prompted and communicated well. His wife Thais was very effective in calling and emailing to keep me informed of schedules and progress. As I suspected, there were some matters that needed added attention as our house was over 100 years old and had a very unique roof (natural red slate throughout). We had to go on a family vacation and Gleison and Thais kept me informed via email and calls - even providing photographs of the things that Gleison believed needed attention. It was a very effective manner of dealing with issues effectively.

Project: Install or Replace a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof
This was a big job on a complicated flat roof with a wooden decking over it. Everything had to be removed, then the roof redone, then the decking put back in place. Pollon contracting were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They kept us informed every step of the way about the work they were doing, and the finished result is excellent. I would happily recommend them, and plan on using them again on our next home repair project.
