Guys came out next day and cleaned the entire area around the house and inside. They were very thorough and very helpful in their explanations on what they were doing. Only thing I'm not too thrilled on is that they had me sign something saying they will come out 3 more times within the next 12 months each costing $75. Maybe that's for the better. But the ants that were getting in were immediately gone and still are and it's been about 2-3 weeks since they came out.

Used this pest control company for our tenant. Happy with their services. Most economical to purchase a contract. Cheaper than Orkin.

We have only done 1 treatment, but so far so good. The only problem we had was we were told we would be billed 75.00 for the first treatment and then 105 for every treatment thereafter (every 3 months) and they billed us for the entire year at once. They kindly reversed the charges and the problem was solved.
