We paid to have the pipe located.  When he left he forgot his locating tool and accidentally took my VHS tape.  We ended up digging in the wrong spot for the pipe. It was on the other side of the yard.  Then we had to track the guy down in SLC to return his tool, get our tape back, and refund, but he "forgot" the refund  See All Ratings
