Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
the plumber gave me options for how much it would cost to unplug the drain. obviously i went with the lowest. He snaked the drain from outside, got the blockage cleared, but did not really try very hard to make sure it was completely clear. He did try to sell me a camera job because he thought there was a defective fitting in the pipe. i became skeptical at that point and said no. he said he would not warranty his work. i paid him $137 and he left. the next morning, the drain plugged up again. i called a different plumber who made SURE my drain was unplugged, and only charged me $80. i have had no problems since.rating should be ZERO

Charge me 140 before looking at it. Diagnosed the problem and said it would cost an additional 500.00 Was there 15 min and put down a camera to say it was blocked The next week we called another company They came and fixed the problem for 350.00 Red Cap said in their adds if they don't fix the problem no charge. I would never have them come out again

Emergency replacement heater needed........... not so sure we received the lowest price....there was some warranty on older heater......not sure of figures or arrangements company made with product mfg.

We bought a 30 yr old house w/ old house plumbing issues. Our washing machine was leaking where the pipes met the hose, master bathtub was leaking, & kitchen sink kept clogging up. We've had other plumbers tell us to repipe the whole house w/ a crazy high quote. Red Cap fixed everything for $607.75 Forgot to tell 1st tech we had 3 water heaters hooked together in a complicated mess in the garage. Different tech explained only 1 heater worked. We were running out of hot water because it held 40gals instead of 80gal. We got a new 60 gal heater w/ a 6 yr warranty, simple reason why we needed it, & enough hot water for $935. Highly recommend!
