Although Jason was an hour late in our first meeting, he had compensated everything by conducting himself in a very professional manner. He installed my tankless water heater flawlessly.

Jason arrived on time and ready to work. He was friendly and professional, the work was completed in a reasonable time. He was flexible and was able to accomodate us when we had to alter the project slightly from what was earlier agreed upon at the estimate. I would hire him again in the future.

I put in a request to move a gas pipe and wihin 2 hours it was done. Jason from Plumbing Professionals responded quickly, was clean and neatly dressed, and very polite. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Did a good job for us, show up and finished on time, very friendly and knows what they are doing, very professional. Owner Jason is a trustworthy person, I am happy that I found him in our neighborhood. We certainly will needed his services again in the future.

Great job! Jason was able to communicate via email as requested when no other contractor would. He shopped around for the toilet and gave us options. He was able to accomodate to my work schedfule, arrived on time, went right to work and finished quickly. I live in an old house and know I will hire Jason again.
