They came to our house to provide an estimate for leaky toilets and clogged sinks. The quote was atleast 3 times higher than work completed using another plumber. To make things worst, he made the situation worst by increasing the leakage while checking on the work. The leak got so bad that we were forced to use them to fix the issue at 2-3 times the usual cost. Luckily we did not fix all the issues with them. The rest of the work (which was fixing it in 2 bathrooms) cost us less than original cost. I would never use them again.

When we cam out to there home the toilet in question had multiple things going on with it. First off the toilet was rigged with coat hangers and zip ties to keep it from running. so we told them if we remove this we will not be able to put it back as it was. We needed to do this to give an accurate est: The customer agreed and then did not like the price we gave. So they hired a none service magic handyman to do the work, which of course did the work for half being he dose not have a license or insurance or any formal training. If you want someone who is licensed and insured to fix your issues call a real plumber not a handyman!

He got the project done fairly quickly and all is well.

My comment about the contractor that was hired, is that he over charged me a lot. For one hour's work, $270. My problem was not fixed, I called him to let him know that the problem is not fixed, and then he tells me he may have to charge me even more money, and that he has no idea if he can fix it or not. But now, I'm out $270, still got the same problem. So not happy at all, thank you.

It's weird this is being posted, we issued a full refund because the heater was old and they kept ordering the wrong parts and we attempted to use them 2 times. So feeling like we could not make them happy with using there parts and not wanting to replace the heater as we suggested before we started, we refunded there money. This job was 8 months ago and now they leave us bad feedback..Not fair.. We strive to please all our customers, 117 5 star comments can't be wrong..

Brandon arrived on time. He quickly fixed the problem yet, he took the time to explain the cause and correction. He also checked other concerns I had about potential plumbing problems. He operated cleanly and took off his shoes when entering my house. The cost was exactly the estimate he had given me. I was especially pleased since a previous plumbing company that my insurance company sent had not been able to fix the problem.
