We have reached out for an HVAC unit issue. The technician did not know how to fix the problem and still took money for the service. Please do not hire this company.

Project: Repair or Reprogram a Thermostat
After the tech arrived late he put in a new pump and said it was fixed. I requested a receipt but was told that they e-mail it. I was surprised at this but foolishly said all right. I paid $650. The repair that was done did not fix the problem. After repeated calls to p & h I received a call saying that the computer had broken and they had no info on the job at my buiding. Not a mention that the job didn't repair the problem. No receipt no repair but a payment of $650, Nice deal for them The only time the owner picks up the phone is if you are a new customer. I intend to file in court against p&h
