Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Sewer Pipe
Response time was superior, which is great with a sewer issue. Bruce and Eric were great and kept me calm. Repaired problem and corrected what appeared to be a very questionable installation from 40 years ago. Would recommend to my Family or Neighbors whom I have to live with and would have listen to any complaints.

The original problem seemed to be a three way junction had sunk causing low spot in to sewer run. Bruse Meldon (Owner) used his pipe camera to observe and localize the problem. After escavating the sewer to the 6"x4" transition he found and removed large root. However, this did not end the sewer problems. The drop of the line was not suffient to allow proper flow. With a lessor company, I could have had a real problem on My hands, but Bruce steped up and did the additional work of raising plumbing stub in crawlspace and rerouted K/S and laundry through crawlspace for the cost of parts. (Thanks Bruce for going above and beyond).

If you need a plumber THESE ARE THE GUYS TO CALL. Bruce Melton (owner) was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, competent, very affordable, honest, timely, and a pleasure to do business with. I had prior problems with a downstairs toilet and sewer line. Bruce cabled the main drain, found the side sewer problem that caused the restriction, excavated and replaced a 4-foot piece of pipe with an outside access drain installed. Bruce explained all aspects of work and had a pipe camera. The work was done at a very, very affordable price and I am happy this recurrent problem has finally been addressed professionally and so affordably.

Bruce was a pleasure to work with. He forgot some of his tools and drove for 1.5 hours to return with the right stuff. He was courteous, professional and a joy to work with. I have his card for the future and would recommend him to anyone.
