Jim changed the TPS valve on my water heater for $200. He really had to muscle the old one off before changing it out. In the process, he tells me that I may have to get a new water heater soon because it looks old. The next day, it leaked. I called twice, leaving a voice mail once, and did not get a call back until after someone else came out to replace the water heater. So, I wish he would have told me to just replace the water heater instead of spending a quarter of a new install on a repair and I find it weird that it started leaking the next day after he told me it was about time and muscling the old one. I will never contact them again.

We did fix the leak we were called to repair and the water heater leaking a few days later was due to the age of the water heater not our work. Which we did recommend replacing at the time of service...

The repairman came out at night about 9:00 to fix my faucets and I did not have to wait until the next day. He was cordial, worked quickly, and was very accomodating to my needs.
