I had them come out for an estimate on a shower head that was dripping, then the next day we had a leak in the wall behind the shower head at midnight. I called and spoke with answering service & Lisaann called me back and told me what I needed to do in the meantime to turn the water off. The next following morning Mike & Steve came out and fixed the problem! They were both awesome! Will use them again if needed & recommend them to my large network of neighbors and friends!

Had a total repipe done so lots of cutting in sheetrock.They were great at trying to keep the mess to a minimun.Made changes to make things easier int he future. Great company.

We discovered standing water on the side of the house and were not sure if it was plumbing or sprinkler. I spoke with the owner's wife Saturday when it was not an emergency situation, but by Sunday afternoon I made another call for immediate assistance because in trying to locate the leak, we ended up with no water to the house. Steve came within about an hour and was extremely courteous and professional. He got us up and running quickly and then sent two guys Tuesday morning to replace the pipe and shut-off. The cost was a bit high, due to the new shut-off (old one not up to code) but worth it. Highly recommend Plumb Perfect.

I hired Steve to come behind another plumbing company, and correct a somewhat complicated problem regarding the botched installation of a large soaking bathtub. He knew exactly how to correct the problem, unlike several other plumbers I had consulted before him. Steve oversaw the job personally, as he knew how concerned I was about making certain the job was done just right. The crew he used was knowledgeable and professional ... very polite ... and extremely careful! Problem solved! I'm very happy!!! Thanks, Steve!
