Contractor arrived on time. Surveyed project and explained what he was going to do. Answered all my questions. Completed work in the time stated, cleaned and explained operating instructions. Very satisfied. Would you use this contractor again for any electrial project.

Chris Pletz, owner and electrician, came to my house for an estimate. He gave me a quote within a few minutes and finished the work within a short time. He worked with me as I finished framing in the middle of his job. Very thorough and pleasant!

Overall, I would rate it as a pleaseant (easy to deal with) experience. However, I think their fee to show up and appriase the situation is too high!

I called the number of his office phone two times, leaving messages both times. I waited a few days, so I called and got his cell number. I left two more messages. Finally, three days later, the call was returned by his cell. Great work, just hard to get a hold of.

My appointment with Kris was at 8:00am and he arrived at 7:55am. He was able to complete five tasks and departed our home at 9:15am. Not only was he prompt, but he was efficient and very professional. I will DEFINITELY have him do ALL of our electrical needs in the future!
