Project: Install or Replace a Major Electric Appliance
Platinum Installation did a great job installing my (completely brand new- as in there wasn't an existing dw there) dishwasher. I am so happy to have a dish washer now. I was nervous, but it was hassle-free to have this done by Platinum. It works perfectly!

Best appliance repairman we have had in several years. This being a rental,he made sure that he was on time with all parts expected to be needed in order to do the repair in one trip. He also found us a good used replacement built in range when he realized that replacement parts were no longer available for our model. This saved us hundreds of dollars. He even gave us a discount for installing a dishwasher at the same time. Most companiews would have chaarged a 2nd service call. We will definitely hire Larry of Platinum again and will refer him any chance we get.

It took 3 visits, but he finally solved the problem (ice-maker quit working). I got the feeling he was learning as he went. But he did fix it and it works! Very polite and courteous. Would hire again.

Thank you for the feedback. The customer indicated the waterline to the icemaker was frozen as had happened in the past. As I had scheduled only enough time to deal with this issue, a second appt. was necessary to troubleshoot the problem. It was too late in the day to purchase the part, so a third visit was necessary. There was no charge until the job was complete. I appreciate repeat business and look forward to working with you again.
