i would not use nor recomment this Company. The project manager and owner Gary Wilson lacked the expertise in managing this project. We had 2 bathrooms completely remodeled. Incorrect parts were ordered. Attention to details did not exist. Extremely slow (if at all) to respond to emails and phone calls. Did not show up for final walk through. He sent his workman. His workman, Lane and David did an excellant job in the remodel. They were great to work with. Very easy to get along with.

Great job by Lane our bathroom designer. He pays attention to detail and thinks through the next steps. We had other small projects done. Team knows the job, has the skill and delivers. Update on 6/1/11: Despite the promise and assurance of customer service and standing behind their work, they did not come and fix problems created or discovered after the jobs they had done. Any follow-ups will be treated as service calls and charged. A little disappointing after their work and puts into doubt any future work I may give them.

The electrician who handled this assignment had difficulty determining the root cause of my problem - a malfunctioning GFI receptacle in the waterproof box in the wall of my outdoor sump. After rerouting the power supply to a new box on the wall of my house he found that the two cords from the sump pump and float switch would not reach the new wall box. He ended up hard-wiring the switch, pump and power lines together in the original box in the sump wall with a new GFI receptacle in the above-ground wall box. The problem could have been solved with a GFI in the same circuit my garage and a new conventional receptacle in the sump box.

Put in three registers and repaired hardwood floor. Two registers were perfect, one is not perfectly flat and the floor repair is not even close to OK.

Polite, professional, responsive, care about quality.

The service is only as good as their employees. There were things that could have been done better. Painting, I had to call to come back to do it right...Tile in shower, not all places was even.

Miss P originally requested plastic siding because that was what her budget allowed. We offered to upgrade her to tile at no extra cost. Her walls are not squared from her sons previous remodel work. All these things were told to her. And yet she blames us for things being uneven. We were happy to offer our services too her as she is 80+ years old, and felt that she should have something better in life. We truly offered the maximum service that her budget allowed.
