Project: Install a Tankless Water Heater System
I inquired about a Tankless heater and Felipe walked me through to decide on what best met my requirements. We installed a gas tank heater in a difficult location on the same day. They will top my call list next time I need help.

They responded promptly and had a good price for the water heater. They were hee when they said they would be and completed the job in slightly more than a hour. They were very polite and professional. I really appreciated that they came out on a Saturday.

Water Heater Express was actually the first to respond, however they backed out the next day saying they were too busy to do the work. Planet Plumbling had called me a little later the first day, but at the time I thought Water Heater Express was going to do the work and declined their services. After being dumped by Water Heater Express I called Planet Plumbing and had him take on the job. He was very professional and polite and explained what it was he was going to do to fix the problem. I will be using his services again.

They showed-up a couple of hours late but called and let me know they were running late. They did an excellent job and the cost was what they had quoted me. There were no suprises. The labor cost was resonable as the were 3 persons and the job took 3 hours. I would recommend them on any plumbing job that requires a plumber.
