very prompt, very professional, however, their website stated they took major credit cards; after the installation I was told to pay cash or check.....I had not budgeted for this

Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
The rep came on time, and fixed my clogged drain with no problem. He had to go to Home Depot to get a part, and charged me for the time, stating my toilet was unique. I guess that's fair. However, I would refer them.

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
He came at the specified time. He delivered my requested water heater and removed my old one. He was fast and professional in manner. My only point is that his web sight indicated that he takes credit cards, but he told me checks only. I had intended to charge but I was able to write a check. It would have been good to know upfront how he wanted payment. I am glad that I this contractor. I was pleased with his work.

The plumber they sent did a good job. He called in advance and then showed up on time, was polite and friendly, he worked during the entire time he was there, and was very thorough and tested all work before leaving. I am very happy that I chose them and would call them again if I needed a plumber.
