Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
At first they did not fix the problem and I had to call them back but they sent another plumber over within an hour and he stayed and got everything fixed and did not charge me another dime after what I had already paid. It is expensive though.

Shaun was polite, helpful and right on time. He is a great experience and offered the old part to me, explained throughly what he was going to do and did. Hes a great employee and Pipe Wrench is lucky to have him!

Their price was too high, and they attempted to leave the jobsite without adjusting the pressure, which should have been done before they left, I had to have my husband call him back inside to have it done. I am very disappointed.

Very prompt; great service. Haven't used a plumber in a long time, but was a little surprised at $165 for a 15 minute toilet unclog. Great experience otherwise.

Knowledgeable, professional, responsible. Brian offered a solution (Rinnai tankless water heater) we had previously not wanted to consider. We decided to go with Brian's recommendation and, after one week, are quite pleased. Work was scheduled quickly and was completed on time. The only thing they did not do was pick up all trash generated during the job. They were a bit pricey, but we have every reason to believe they will stand behind their work.

On 12/15/09 at 11:43am(est) Courtney with Pipe Wrench Plumbing called me to advise that a service technician could be at my home same date between 3:00pm-5:00pm(est) and that I would receive a phone call at least 30 minutes prior to arrival. John Baker (plumbing service technician) with Pipe Wrench arrived at my home at 4:09pm(est). John gave me the quote to repair/replace the damaged PRV and he was able to do the repair/replacement at that time. John was very courteous and efficient and explained to me and showed me the damaged PRV. My experience with Pipe Wrench Plumbing was GREAT! Thank you for a job well done.
