I appreciated the competency & up-front honesty.   They quoted a price over the phone that I was agreeable with.  The plumber who came out did what was discussed and charged what was agreed upon.  Some areas for improvement: the plumber showed up a little later than he said he would.  He seemed a little odd & unfriendly.  Also the caulking job was poor.  I had to supplement it with my own caulking after he left.
