They did a great job. the job was done quickly and expertly. The workers were very professional and really knew what they were doing. The only problem was that they were later than they originally said and didn't call to let us know, but otherwise the work was flawless and we were very happy with their work.

I rent a home in Laguna Beach and live out of town. Sometimes it can be difficult to find someone that is dependable and skilled to complete the job at hand, especially when it is a Friday, the gas has been turned off, your tenant is taking cold showers and time is of the essence. I was encouraged by Mr.Brown's confidence and his willingness to move quickly to the site, analyze the problem and explain what needed to be done. His estimate was very reasonable and he was ready to complete the job on Saturday. It was a pleasure to be able to depend on a reliable contractor at a critical time. 5 STARS. KUDOS TO PSI PLUMBING! Did not show up when they said they would, did not clean up I had to,and saw it was still leaking and they charged me again for what should have been done right the first time. It took two days for a faucet replacement. The owner Ron was very rude to me, very poor customer service and unprofessional.

My plumber arrived later then expected, this is correct. He replaced the owner supplied faucet at that time. The old faucet had been leaking badly and everything was wet under the sink. The faucet never leaked when he was finished. Later the owner noticed that the angle stop to the dishwasher was leaking, something the plumber never came in contact with. We returned the next day to repair the angle stop at a discounted rate. The lady and I disagreed on the charge for the extra work. She felt there should have been no charge. The lady's husband later called me to say he felt we did a good job. The job was clean when my plumber left.

They did a great job. It was quick, clean, and they were very friendly.

Ron Brown gave me an honest opinion of the challenges of my project. Other service people were either not so honest of didn't understand the job well enough to make sure that I, as the client, was well informed.

I was very pleased with their honesty and the CLEAN work that they did in re-routing the piping in my thrid bathroom. Their prices are extremely reasonable and honest. I would use them again. Thanks
