Pipe Masters saved me a great deal of money by re-building my existing faucet rather than a costly replacement that required cutting into dry wall. I spoke with other plumbers and none were knowledgeable about the Mixet fixture that was installed by the home builder. PiperMasters was able to find the appropriate part and replace the cartridge, which was the cause of my problem, rather than go for the valve replacement. I very much appreciated their time and effort and would highly recommend them.

I was impressed. Quick response, pleasant, on time, squeezed me in within a couple of hours with very short notice because I had to close on my home soon so needed a last minute repair. Great customer service, professional. The invoice was very important for our buyers and this invoice format looked professional as did the written report from the plumber. Thanks for the great job and excellent customer service! The guy on the phone that responded to my request and the other guy that arrived at my home today were both able to work out exactly what we needed, nothing more, nothing less. Will recommend. Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
I was charged $75 dollars for a diagnostic and then he didn't even have a basic part on his truck that was needed for a basic fix, he just re- light the water heater pilot which only lasted a short while, so I had to hire another company to come out. In the end I felt like I was overcharged and nothing was accomplished- major waste of time and money.
