Related to weather some delays, nothing disagreeable, and always kept phone contact. Does this man do custom corners and shapes.

Excellent work! It was clear that Jim really cared about the quality of his work. He took his time to make sure everything was done correctly and didn't cut any corners. I'm difficult to please when it comes to quality of work and Jim met all of my expectations!

Project: Install Wood or Stone Laminate Flooring
We had Pioneer install wood, tile, and carpet. I am happy with the tile and wood installation. For the carpet, I wish we had gone with someone who specializes in carpet installation. I can see flaws in the carpet installation. To make matters worse, Jim has been unresponsive to my phone calls and email to come back and fix this. Communication and delays were a big headache. The dates were were promised were delayed and Jim was often late. Also, we were told that Jim would have 2 workers helping him, but he was either alone or had 1 guy. For the carpet installation, we had to help move furniture because Jim was alone.

We used Pioneer Flooring for a large tile and carpet job. Jim was very detail oriented and did an excellent job. We now say hiring Pioneer Flooring was some of the best money we spent vs. laying the tile ourselves.

Jim gave us an extremely competetive bid and was very profesional to deal with. The job took a little longer than what he originally thought, but we are very pleased with the end results.Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have tile work done and will definetly use him in the future. Overall a great experience!!!!!!
