I left an Internet request for help and within 10 minutes Dave was giveing me a call at 7:30 a.m., the same day. Dave and his associate Tony arrived early for the appointment and were a pleasure to deal with. They returned for the scheduled application and did a very tjorough treatment. I have seen the results everyday for a week now. The problem was solved and I would highly reccommend doing business with Pinnacle.

Dave at Pinnacle was excellent! Not only did he put up with my bug phobia , he got rid of them...mites! I was very pleased to find out when he got here he uses Earth Friendly Products! Dave told me he had everything under control, but was still very scepticle after reading horror stories about mites online. Dave was right, he had it under control ! Thanks Dave!

David smith was wonderful and great. He went out of his way and was an angel. His price's was great and was compassionate about my problem. The other people were arrogant but David was great.

Dave and Tony came on time, they both did a great job treating for carpenter bees and even did a little extra treatment without raising the price. it was clearly explained to me what i needed and what was not needed. the job was done for a very fair price and i am very happy. good guys, very friendly, like you've known them for years. i would recommend to anyone here for any pest job, this is the company, it is for me for now on.
