I am glad that I did because it was half the price. Pinnacle Air came in a very timely manner and made a speed repair. The only issue that I had was the price quote. I was told that the diagnosis would be credited back as part of the total service charge, if I used the recommended service. So I paid the diagnosis fee. The service tech checked out the AC unit and then gave me a quote. I like the price and ask him to complete he work. When he gave me the itemize bill, it did not show the credit for the diagnosis fee Rating: Provided By: frank e.
