I would highly recommend Pink Rose Handyman -- they are professional, friendly, explained the Power Washing to be done on my home and the price was reasonable. The house looks great now!

I put my search in with ServiceMagic.com. Received call from contractor within 10 minutes. Appointment was set. Contractor arrived on time. Work was done in a timely manner. Can't tell where the repair was made.

They provided a written estimate, and adjusted it as needed. I knew what the project(s) were going to cost up front. The person who came out did a great job. I plan to hire them again as soon as I have more projects lined up.

Timely and professional estimate. They also caught some water leakage in our basement that went unnoticed in the two previous estimates. Handy man was on time and thorough. Price was very agreeable.

Job was not completed such as filling nail holes and calking top and bottom of molding. A second trip was required. Also the price I was quoted as finale was changed later to a higher price. Price was more then three times what I paid for materials.

This was a crown molding job; the cost of the material is much less than the labor of a skilled craftsman to install it. We quoted a competitive price for the labor and the customer authorized it. The work was scheduled and upon completion it was inspected and approved by the customer. The price increase referred to by the customer was New York State sales tax and is required by law. Although paint prep, which includes caulking, was not quoted in the written contract we still sent a technician back within a week to please her. We are sorry for the misunderstanding and have learned to inform customers in advance of sales tax laws in NY.

Took way too long. The estimate was done but the doors apparently weren't ordered until the job actually started so we had to wait over 2 weeks for the last door. The salesman didn't know about fire door code and then let us know it was a considerably larger cost for the fire door. He did make suggestions to keep the current door but we didn't know about this until the job started. He also supplied the wrong door knob for 1 of the doors. Jeff did the work & he was very meticulous and pleasant to have around. Very respectful and did a great job. I have no complaints about his work at all. I would recommend Jeff.
