on time, detailed, thorough, great report delivered in a nice binder, color photos, made on site. He actually had his computer, binder and printer with him to ensure I received my inspection in a timely manner. Then followed up with an email version as well. Would recommend.!

Pillar To Post is a great company. I had my house inspection around the same time as my friend and the company that she went with did not give her a nicely put binder with all of the pictures and discounts of companies that they work with, the only thing that her company did was send her an email of the things that was wrong with her house. So I like that Pillar To Post is well organized, Robert was extremely friendly he let us know what we should and should not do to fix some of the problems in our home so that they would not get worse. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family who will be purchasing a house.

Provide me with a very good documented report of the home condition after the death of a family member. Allowing me to make good cjhoise on what to repair and what to disclose at sell this way we were made aware of thing to fix and thing that only disclosures to make someone aware of at sell.

Robert was very thorough and informative. He came with everything needed in order to provide a print out of his findings and placed it in an organized binder shorlty after the inspection. He provide additional information and pictures within 48 hours via the internet as well. Wonderful to work with and I would refer him to friends and family.

"I was very happy with the home inspection process. Robert was very professional and knew his job well! He thoroughly went thru the whole property and explained what he was looking for. I also liked the fact that he gives you the results in a neatly organized folder on site. I learned so much from this experience and Robert. I will definitely recommend Pillar to Post to all my friends and family for any future home inspections. The only con that I have is that I could only rate them based on not having any experience with other home inspectors but again they did a great job!"
