I left you a voice mail regarding my experience with Pike Stairs, that left me very upset. The Labor was beautifully done. The work was detailed and the laborers were professional and had a focus on customer service. However, the management, which is Eric Pike, owner, and Kevin Label, the project manager were totally unprofessional, untrustworthy, inaccurate, and knew or cared nothing about providing customer service. I would recommend the laborers as they also work independently. I would not recommend Pike the company. Dealing with management was a nightmare

This project was given nothing but the best customer service including driving to the customers home to pick up the signed contract to make sure the project would start on time. Every effort was made to make sure our product turned out well and the overall experience was pleasant.

Repaired my loose bannister. The guy really knew what he was doing and showed me every step of the way, what was happening. He took his time to do it right. It's reinforced well and super sturdy! AWESOME!

The stairs look great. They were very polite and professional, willing to deal with questions. Always showed up when they said they would. I would definitely recommend them.

Pike Stair Co. was the only company, of the three we interviewed, that was willing to complete the job in the way we envisioned. The craftsman did their job in a professional manner and were responsive to us. The result is beautiful and we are very happy.

Eric and his crew were wonderful. They did a great job. They arrived on time and took time to make sure that I was happy with the installation and staining of a wall hand rail. I will hire them again to do some more work.

Great. Work was good. My only complaint was my house was a mess when they were done. We spent 4 hours cleaning up after them.

During this install there were multiple contractors working on this home. Prior to starting this project, plastic was placed over all furniture and doorways. We always make it a point to leave our customers home as we found it. Other contractors making a mess is beyond our control.
