He definitely fulfilled his promise, my floors are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! He matched the already installed bamboo perfectly and took the floor into my hall and bedroom. He refinised the old part and filled the gaps. Now I can't tell where the old part ends and the new part starts, it looks llike I have a whole new floor. And he did it in 2 days.
