I called them on a Thursday afternoon and they came and installed a new water heater the next morning at 9:15. Fast and friendly service!

Very prompt and friendly. I was given a very competitive price, it wasn't the lowest, but the customer service is why I went with Pierce Plumbing. I needed a new hot water heater, I wanted to go with a tank less type. After talking with Lisa from Pierce Plumbing, she recommended that I go with a 50gal. hot water heater based on my budget and time frame. The installation was fast, faster than I hoped for. I plan on using them again and recommend that you do as well.

Purchased a new water heater. Pierce Plumbing beat Home Depot's price with installation for a comparable heater. Barry was very professional and the work was performed very quickly. He actually fixed some issues that were the result of a shoddy install by the original heater and noticed a potential problem with our outdor faucets. Highly recommended!!

After placing my request with Servicemagic.com about 1:30 Tuesday, I got a phone call from Pierce Plumbing within the hour. Their plumber was at my house before 9 a.m. Wednesday, and he found the leak, made the repair, filled out the invoice and was done in less than 2 hours. He even borrowed my dustpan to sweep up some drywall pieces and dust from where he'd had to cut into a wall to install the replacement pipe. I was billed the rate I was quoted over the phone, and would readily recommend Pierce Plumbing to potential customers.

Barry was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable about putting in my second water meter for my irrigation system. The quote he provided was right on, he finished the project in a timely manner, and I will use his services again if I need to.

I thought it went well, overall. however, I felt he worked a little too slow.

Here at Pierce Plumbing we strive to make every owner completely satisfied with our work. While our master plumber was there working in their bathroom, 2 people came in and made him leave so they could use the bathroom to shower. Obviously, this would add extra time to the job. We believe this is an unfair assessment of our outstanding record. They also called us back to do additional work
