They pressure washed, caulked around the doors, windows,boards and then put a sealant, everything had to be just right before they painted. They cleaned everything up everyday. Why pay thousands or dollars every 3-5 years when you can get this with a 25 yr warranty,.My husband and I are very happy with this paint job.
