People are very friendly. Still a bit confused about just how treatment was done re deck and porch. The price seemed reasonable. Followup on contract still to be seen.

I had an excellent experience working with them. The owner of the company called me the day after I made my request on the web. They came to inspect my house wihtin 2 days of first contact and even informed me that I did not currently have a termite problem. He also showed me signs that my new house was treated fairly recently so I could wait before worrying about treatment. I will definitely call them back when I am ready for a fresh termite prevention treatment and contract.
