They were prompt to respond to my request for a bid and the best value for the dollar with their bid. They did their work promptly, did a very good job, and cleaned up after trimming my trees.

The tree was removed on time,good job. The problem was the stump removal, it was dune poorly the had to come back 3 weeks later to try to finish removing the remaining part of the stump. they left a pileof stump chips and I watered the area to let it sink. I noticed a small piece of the stump still there that I will take care of myself I'm tired of asking, they did a great job of taking down the tree,overall good.

The company got right back to me upon initial contact. They came out in a timely manner with an estimate. They were quick efficient, polite, and great cleanup. It involved my neighbors yard too, and they gave Phoenix Trim-A-Tree an excellent rating too.

They showed up when they said they would. All the workers were polite and they really did show that they take pride in their work. They work together like a well oiled machine !! A good experience from start to finish.

Bruce came out in person, and gave me a time and day when he was going do the job. I didn't have to wait for a call back from one of his men to shedule a time. They come out right on time and the job was done well, and cleaned up everything.
I thank them for saving my tree.

Phoenix Trim-A-Tree was first to call, first to visit my property and first to make a bid, which fell in the middle of the three I received. PTAT brought a large crew, performed the job to my satisfaction within 15 minutes and cleaned up the work site.
