Micha did an excellent job on a wall furnace in an old house which sometimes hard to get the old one out and put the new one in a smooth manner. He did so good that we used him again on another rental property the following week.

Overall, the entire experience was very positive. Phoenix responded right away to my request for service and we made an appointment for the next morning. Phoenix phoned ahead to let me know they were en route. He was on time, on point, and on the mark. His explanation of the condition and its remedy were explained beginning with an easy to understand assessment. He explained and demonstrated the condition and causes of the problem to be addressed and made excellent recommendations. He provided three alternatives that gave me a realistic choice given my financial circumstances and was in and out in 90 minutes or less. Recommend, yes!

He came right out to my place in the middle of a winter storm, at night, on a weekend, to fix my heater. Within the hour my house was warm again. I have his business card on my refrigerator now.

Hi, I chose Micah Gilmore from Phoenix Energy Solutions. Mr Gilmore was very professional, he came and cleaned the ducts and spoke with us about the solar project as well. We are thinking over the proposal. He was a little late. We are considering the solar proposal he has pitched to us as well. Thank you Service Magic. Micha was great to work with. Very fair price, on time everyday working up to 10 hours a day and if thats not enough he worked on the weekend so we would have heat. Have no fear working with this company, they are 5 star
