It's all about customer service! I set up a confirmed appointment with Dave from Philo for an estimate on Friday at 1:30. He never showed. I had to call him and ask him where he was. He gave me an excuse. I let it go and rescheduled the appointment. He gave me a quote right on the spot. The price was reasonable. We set up a date and time for the work, Wednesday at 8:30 AM. He sent me 2 e-mails confirming the date and time. On Wednesday morning he called and said he sent his guys to another job first. They didn't show here until 1:30. This put my contractor behind a whole day!

Philo Insulation met the scope of work I specified for a competitive price and worked with my schedule. The crew that did the installation were courteous, prompt, skilled and professional. I am thoroughly satisfied with my decision to use Philo Insulation and would readily refer them!
