Todd was great he did not bat an eye and was very helpful and understanding. I understand that sheet mosaic is more difficult than normal tile would have been, and the installer was probably under a time constraint. I've had to spend lots of time sanding down and evening out tile grout and protruding tiles, though, before sealing and painting remaining walls. <br />     I haven't even begun the basement work. <br />--S.Koenig Rating: Provided By: Virginia J.
