Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Hal and his team went above and beyond. I requested a bathroom remodel but as with any large project, other issues quickly arose. Hal had the skills and responsiveness to take on all our needs including: repaired an inadequate foundation, replaced rotted sills, installed new interior/exterior doors, repaired baseboard heating, replaced outside siding, repaired a major sewer clog, and oh yeah, once the dust settled, created a pretty nice bathroom too. He was up front and extremely honest with all the issues and costs. He is a man that earned our trust. Please consider him for all your remodeling jobs.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Hal Phillips remodeled my bathroom Apr’11.My sub-floor was dangerously unlevel with a cracked sewer flange, plaster & lath walls with no installation on outside walls,floor under 402lb bathtub was compressed from weight of tub & water damage making the job more difficult to complete on time resulting in a remodeler’s nightmare. Hal took it all in stride figuring how to level the floor without damaging ceiling below,recessed a wall cabinet that had a 2x4 in the way,would have compromised lath wall if removed & worked a Saturday morning hooking-up my only bathtub available so I could take a bath. I could not start a remodel without a capable individual like Hal Phillips. I will definitely hire him again.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Phillips Phlooring did a complete bathroom remodel and a few extra projects I wanted done. Hal and Bill were exceptional to work with. They did a professional job and I plan on using this company again for future projects. The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, they worked through a weekend to finish. Left the house in their care while I ran out to do errands without any worries Bathroom turned out better than I could have expected. Hal and Bill take pride in their work and it shows !

Project: Install or Replace a Bathtub
Hal was very professional and explained everything he was going to do to complete the job. He was very detailed in the work he did and completed the job correctly and completely. He showed up on time and with the correct tools to do the job. He had a good understanding of different projects from plumbing to drywall. Would without a doubt I would recommend Hal.

Didn't do a bad job install range hood was ok replace faucet sprayer and now the faucet dosen't shut off when you use the sprayer
