Project: Repair or Service a Well Pump
My pump stopped working one evening and I entered a ServiceMagic request. Dave Brien from Phil Brien Water Wells called me within an hour and offered to come the very next morning. It was somewhat difficult since my well head is in my basement. but they got here right on time and had the pump diagnosed, pulled and replaced in about 3 hours. He actually ended up doing the job for a price at the low end of his quote. Dave and Tia did a super, professional job. Dave even called the next day to follow up and make sure everything was ok. Couldn't ask for more!

after posting my request I was called back within a few minutes, arrangements were made for the next morning , the pump was replaced in about 2 hours time and on the estimated price. I would highly recommend Phil Brien water wells to anyone needing service.

I called with questions regarding a strong sulfur smell in the well water on a multi-unit home. They were very helpful and informative and met with me and were thorough in finding the root cause of the problem. They didn't do more or less than needed to be done and did the work quickly and left the site immaculate. They explained every detail along the way. I was extremely pleased with the work that was done. Thanks!

I had a problem with my water pressure and we are on a well system so I put in a request to service magic. Dave called me right away and came out with in a 1/2 hour- he was SUPER nice and very thorough with me (my husband wasn't home so I needed extra explaining lol) Also, he was able to figure out that the problem was the well pump and fixed it for us the same day. I am so impressed with Daves work and I would absolutely recommend Phil Brien Water Well to anyone I know. And I plan on using them again for any future well needs! Thank you Dave!

They called back within 10 minutes. Arrived an hour later. Replaced a faulty pump in mid-winter. Saved me money by recommending a smaller pump which was the correct size for my application. The price was reasonable and the service was great. A+++
