Larry not only provided a written estimate, but emailed me the make and model of the products he would install. Thus giving me the opportunity to research the equipment for my landscape project.

Overall I received great Customer Service from Petretti Landscape Services. I've been searching for assistance with my sprinklers for months and Larry came out explained everything that needed to be done in the evaluation and then explained the estimate. I will refer them to all of my family and friends. they are great.

The installer, Larry, has been very responsive to our needs, however so far we are not too happy with the Irritrol Smart Dial. We have had trouble reaching anyone on the 800 number. Installation has been very expensive and I do not feel that I have received my monies worth - at least not yet.

Did a great job--We're very happy. The landscaping was done beautifully and they were extremely easy to work with! We wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

What a Nightmare! Never known someone so unprofessional, did not finish on time, poor workmanship, I don't think they have enough experience on pavers.

About the only thing I agree with her on this is that we didn't finish on time. The supplier messed up and we had to jump through hoops to get the situation taken care of. It is very unfortunate that she did not appreciate the extra effort that we had to put into this because of a mistake by one of our suppliers and took this to a very personal level and slammed me personally and also our quality. I have pictures of the job to show that our quality is good. Its to bad that it turned out the way that it did but we did everything we could to rectify the situation and after all that we were still only one day late.

Larry came out and reviewed the job and discussed the potential problems that they could find once they dug the hole to fix the broken main line. A detailed bid via e-mail was sent promptly and the bid was within range of the other bidders. Complications were found and we were notified immediately to determine what we wanted to do. Options and costs were discussed and an updated estimate was provided. Communications was great. The staff worked hard to complete the project in a timely manner.

Larry Petretti is a gentleman and a professional. His handshake is his bond. Mr. Petretti was very prompt in following up on my interest. He was thorough in diagnosing the work to be done and was generous with his time in putting together a cost estimate. When the work proved to be more than anticipated, he explained the need for additional work and gave me choices as to how to proceed. When we shook on the deal, he stuck to it, even though there was considerable more labor required than anticipated. I recommend Petretti Services to anyone. If your experience is anything like mine, you will be very satisfied.
