One of the best we have had in dealing with skilled tradesmen in 30 years!! <br />He was consistently courteous, always on time, explained exactly what the problem was. <br />Also  --  his crew  - neat, respectful, and hard working as he is himself. <br />He personally worked on and/or directly supervised all the work on our roof; <br />not from the ground, but up and down onto the roof himself. <br /> <br />WE WERE DELIGHTED AND SURPRISED  --  Thank You Service Magic <br />    P.S. After an initial communication issue, which can happen to anyone, Peter was very responsive. <br />He agreed to come by Saturday morning. He was punctual, analyzed the problem and informed me of what it would take to fix it. By 4 o'clock everything was fixed and he advised me his work is guaranteed for  years. Very professional, courteous and thorough.
