The sanding was excellent but he  only applied about half the water based polyurathane, Bona Kemi TRAFFIC, the manufacturer strongly recommended in their instructions for application..  In other words, the coats he applied were much  thinner than recommended.   He only applied one gallon per 700 sq ft, while the manufacurer instructions stated that one gallon be applied for 350-400 sq feet.   He argued that he knew better than the manufacturer which I had difficulty believeing.  He had earlier indicated it would be good to apply another coat for $700 extra.  He also exposed some old staples in the flooring and did nothing to take care of it.
