Our first impression was “Wow” someone who finally knows how to treat a customer. We needed our sod to be replaced. It was previously installed incorrectly from another contractor. Tim from Outdoors Services sold us on the price and service level. Outdoor Services installed our sod in the timeframe requested. Shortly after the sod was installed we found nutsedge in it along with a few other weeds. Treatment for the nutsedge along with a few other outstanding issues took months to finally resolve. We hoped to have the issues resolved in a timely manner so we would be able to enjoy our new yard during the summer. :(

Tim, the owner, came out and gave us an estimate at the house. The work began the next week and the dog was trained a week later. The service and the outcome were exactly as described. I would recommend Tim and Outdoor Services again to anyone. Thanks very much.

Project: Grade or Reslope Grounds for Landscaping
This type of work, obviously, is weather-driven. I was contacted often as to when the work would be done. This was important to me, as I had to find a place for my dogs for the day. The work was started and finished as agreed, and the results (drainage) are better than I expected. Due to unforseen circumstances (storm damage), additional work was needed at the same time and they took care of it for a very reasonable price. Having someone come when agreed and taking care of what needed to be done in a timely manner is high on my list. I will use Outdoor Services again and would recommend them.

They did a professional job in a timely manner and the new grass is growing well. The irrigation system they installed makes all the difference in growing and maintaining grass at our location. We enjoyed meeting and working with the employees of Outdoor Services Inc. They are a first rate company.
