I'm new to the area and new to owning a home. I wasn't sure what was expected or what to hold as a "standard". These guys are great. Flexible. Responsive. Just a great all-around local company. They know what they're doing and I'm happy to have them control any possible pests. I've taken the yearly monitoring. Happy about all my options and, ultimately, my choices.
